Late last year, Southern Comfort brought a taste of the Big Easy to Melbourne, flying out a range of New Orleans hospitality’s best. Over the course of a weekend, the group could be found at a series of consumer and industry events, creating New Orleans inspired food and cocktails to the sound of jazz. Here’s one of their cocktail creations.
Love Potion
Ingredients:
- 45ml Southern Comfort
- 7ml Love Potion syrup (made from apple, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, basil, sugar and water)
- 14 Drops orange bitters
- 14 Drops Bittermen’s Mole bitters
- Rosemary sprig to garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a double old fashion glass with ice
- Stir
- Garnish to serve
