Cocktail recipes to enjoy this summer

With large parts of Australia enjoying the summer, here’s a selection of cocktail recipes that have been shared with the B&C team.

Licor 43 Sangria

Ingredients:


  • 125 ml Licor 43 Original
  • 250ml Fruity red wine
  • 250ml Orange soda
  • 40ml Brandy
  • Apple, lemon and orange

Directions:


  1. Fill the jug with 1/3 of ice cubes and add the sliced fruit.
  2. Pour the red wine and the orange soda.
  3. Add the Licor 43 Original and the Brandy.
  4. Stir, garnish and serve.

Grey Goose Fresh Cut Spritz

Ingredients:


  • 50ml of Grey Goose Vodka
  • 150ml Soda water
  • Red Grapefruit wedge (optional)
  • Sprig of thyme (optional)

Directions:


  1. Build your ingredients over cubed ice in a wine glass
  2. Garnish with red grapefruit wedge and sprig of thyme

Ginger 43

Ingredients:


  • 50ml Licor 43 Original
  • 200ml ginger ale
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Ice cubes
  • Slice of lime and a twist of lime peel

Directions:


  1. Add six ice cubes to your glass and allow it to chill.
  2. Pour the ginger ale over the ice.
  3. Mix in the Licor 43 and add the squeezed lime juice.
  4. Finish by garnishing with the lime slice and a twist of peel.

Patrón Reposado Paloma

Ingredients:


  • 45 ml Patrón Reposado Tequila
  • 100 ml CAPI Grapefruit soda
  • 10 ml Fresh lime juice
  • Salt Rim

Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass
  2. Add garnish and enjoy

Espresso 433

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Licor 43 Original
  • 30ml vodka
  • 40ml Espresso

Directions:


  1. Pour a hot espresso shot into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add Licor 43 Original, Vodka and Ice cubes
  3. Shake well, double strain and serve.

Bombay Bramble and Tonic

Ingredients:


  • 50 ml Bombay Bramble
  • 100 ml premium tonic water
  • Lemon wedge

Directions:


  1. Build over cubed iced
  2. Squeeze and drop in lemon wedge

Holiday Cranberry Sangria

Ingredients:


  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Cup Frozen Cape Cod Select Cranberries
  • 1 Bottle Red Wine (try Cabernet Savignon)
  • 1 Cup Spiced Rum
  • 1/4 Cup Triple Sec
  • 1 Cup Cranberry Juice (Not cocktail – the tart, no sugar added, healthy one!)
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider

Directions:


  1. Prep fruit – cube apple and slice orange and put in a pitcher.
  2. Pour frozen cranberries into the pitcher.
  3. Add red wine, spiced rum, triple sec, cranberry juice, and apple cider.
  4. Stir and place in the fridge for at least one hour to chill and let the flavors combine.
  5. Serve over ice with a sprinkle of cinnamon. (Can add a splash of soda water for some fizz if you’d like).
