- 40 ml Bushmills Black Bush
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Raspberry Syrup
- 10 ml Cognac
- dash Egg White
- Shake all ingredients first without ice, and then with ice.
- Double strain into a chilled coupette.
