Gin Palooza coming to Sydney in 2019

Gin Palooza is coming to Sydney from 8-9 March next year, taking over the waterside location of Manjit’s King Street Wharf – where more than 40 distillers will be showing off their wares to thirsty punters.

A selection of top gin makers in Australia including Lark Distillery, Four Pillars, Archie Rose and Manly Spirits will join gin-makers from as far as Margaret River, Byron Bay, Mornington Peninsula, Tasmania and Queensland.

Both Archie Rose and the Margaret River Distilleries will be offering bespoke master classes on the Saturday session, where guests will be taught the art of cocktail making and learn the finer points of the gin-making process.

Gin Palooza organisers say that “cocktails will be flowing” at the event, with an abundant supply of CAPI mixers, fresh native botanicals, and of course, gin – with guests invited to make their own cocktails, or have them personally prepared by the gin makers.

Tickets range from $70-$90 and include tastings, canapes and a shot glass. There will also be a pop up gin shop open during the sessions so punters can buy their favourite gin to take home.
