‘Silk and Grit’ is an analogue photographic series explores the hospitality industry of Australia on black and white film by bartender and photographer Lucy Pallett-Jones.
Presented by Bombay Sapphire, the exhibition is being created in collaboration with Bulletin Place and its team, and aims to highlight the beauty of bartending and acknowledge the hardships of its community.

The inaugural Shiraz Day is in 2020, launched by Mastermind Consulting, who were disappointed that the varietal didn’t have it’s own dedicated day, despite its popularity and heritage in Australia.
The Mastermind Consulting team has made available a series of downloadable Shiraz Day social media graphics to help venues leverage this new date and create some buzz around their Shiraz wines.
