This year’s Maybe Cocktail Festival, which is taking place from 7 – 13 April, will feature a stellar line-up of world-class bartenders from 20 iconic international bars.
This year’s festival will see 25 events held over seven days and boasts seven bars from The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024 list plus standout bars from 50 Best Bars Asia and North America, alongside venues ranked in the Top 500 Bars list.

Festival Director Stefano Catino described this year’s line-up as the biggest and most diverse yet.
“In its third year, Maybe Cocktail Festival has become a must-attend event for cocktail lovers, and I’m incredibly proud that so many of the world’s best bars are eager to be part of it,” he said.
“These bartenders aren’t just flying into make drinks —they’re showcasing their expertise, creativity, and the unique hospitality that has made their bars world-renowned.
“It’s especially exciting to welcome such an impressive line-up of female bartenders this year, shining a spotlight on some of the most talented women in the industry from across the globe.”
Festival-goers will be able to experience signature cocktails, exclusive collaborations, and world-class hospitality at Maybe Sammy (TheRocks), El Primo Sanchez (Paddington), Whisky Thief (CBD), Dean & Nancy on 22 (CBD), Little Cooler (CBD), and a wrap party at Hacienda (Circular Quay). A number of events will also kick-off at midnight enabling night owls a chance to experience world-class cocktails well into the early hours.
