Melbourne’s Bar Clara mixologist Matt Jorgensen shares one of his favourite gin-based cocktail inventions.
The Goodnight Kiss
- 30ml Beefeater gin
- 30ml coffee infused Montenegro
- 20ml cherry syrup
- 1 dash Juniper Peychaud’s bitters
- 1 dash Tonka bitters
- Pour all ingredients into glass.
- Stir down.
- Garnish with a rose petal and flame orange oil over top for an indulgent aroma.
