The Kentucky Storm was created by The Soda Factory venue manager Franky Howells.
Kentucky Storm
Ingredients:
- 30ml Makers Mark
- 15ml Averna Amaro
- 20ml fig puree
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml 1:1 honey syrup
- Cinnamon quill
Directions:
- Ignite cinnamon stick and smoke glass upside down.
- Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well
- Strain into smoked glass over Ice.
- Garnish with smoked cinnamon quill
